Belinda Rule is a freelance consultant and one of the Directors of Rule Consulting together with her husband, Brad.
She has been providing professional services to clients since 2008 through the business on a whole range of projects.
With majors in Communications and Media as part of her Bachelor and Diploma qualifications in Education, plus
accreditation as a practitioner in the DISC assessment tool, and certification as a Professional Behaviours, Motivators
and EQ Analyst, Belinda has a wealth of experience in communications, training and facilitation, coaching and
Belinda’s working career has encompassed experience in both the private and public sectors, in regulated industries,
and in not-for-profit organisations in a variety of areas including human resources, management consulting, retail,
community health, banking and finance, IT, hospitality and events. Her career has included employment and
contracts with iconic Australian and international companies such as Westpac, IBM, the InterContinental Hotels
group and Myer in a variety of roles in communications, training and facilitation, recruitment, workforce diversity,
client relationship management, coaching and mentoring, customer service, administration, events management,
resource development, project management, in addition to online content development and branding.
On a personal note, Belinda has been married to Brad for 20 years and together with their teenage children, reside in Sydney, Australia. She is an active member of Hillsong Church, and Belinda volunteers as a facilitator with SHINE Woman and the Sydney Chapter of PROPEL - programs that inspire women to fulfil their passion, purpose and potential.
