Belinda is a communications professional, and one of the Directors of Rule Consulting, together with her husband, Brad who is an aviation specialist.
Belinda has multi-industry experience which includes working for iconic brands such as Westpac, IBM and the InterContinental Hotels Group. Brad has over two decades of experience in aviation including charter, corporate, aero-medical retrieval and emergency services work for the Royal Flying Doctors, Coulson Aviation, Corporate Air, Hardy Aviation and Mission Aviation Fellowship.
Belinda's people-first approach in business and life, led her to establish Rule Consulting, with a diverse offering across all aspects of communications, in addition to branding, human resources, coaching, training and events management.
The common thread throughout her career is a passion for communications and culture. There's nothing more motivating for her than seeing people and teams understand their sense of purpose, and in doing so, communicating this effectively through their own personal and/or corporate brand.
A lover of words, she has qualifications in communications and media, copywriting, editing, proofreading and blogging, all of which have been utilised in the creation of content across multiple roles. Belinda's professional development also includes certification as a DISC Advanced Consultant and Facilitator, Professional Behaviours Analyst, EQ Analyst and Workplace Motivators Analyst.
