CONTENT CREATION AND COPYWRITING PROJECTS

​1. Project managing, writing, editing and production of an Annual Report for a charitable organisation
This project involved managing the production of Hillsong's online Annual Report over a seven-month time frame. This not only included overseeing a team of contributors to the publication, but also liaising with multiple contacts within the organisation, working alongside the graphic designer, writing and editing content and ensuring the project stayed on track and met all required deadlines.

2. Researching, writing and producing a training resources pack for an Australian Government Department's Graduate Program, ACT
This project involved writing content and the designing of life skills training modules for graduate recruits, resulting in the creation of an education pack consisting of resources on topics including communication, mental health, individual differences, financial literacy, work/life balance, conflict resolution, drug/alcohol/gambling awareness, resilience and assertiveness, workplace bullying, healthy living, and professional behaviour and management. There were a total of 44 separate resources written, developed and produced for this pack including:
  • 11 x participant workbooks 
  • 11 x trainer’s manuals
  • 11 x PPT slide modules
  • 11 x mentor workbooks
3. Copywriting content for the menu shell of 'Little Island Hungry Sea' Kiosk, Balmoral Beach, NSW
Final content approved by the client ... "Little Island Hungry Sea is your ‘go to’ port of call that reinvents the fun and nostalgic beachside kiosk, combining a touch of the new! With a focus on quality, hand-prepared and sustainably sourced fare, our uniquely named venue rides the eclectic waves of culture that embody its iconic location on Balmoral Beach. Little Island Hungry Sea … a welcoming haven to relax, recharge and reset your sails!" 


4. Technical writing of website user guides and social media documents, OzHelp, ACT
Following involvement in the complete upgrade and rebranding of OzHelp's website (ozhelp.org.au), this project extended to the technical writing of user guides and instructions for the website's Content Management System (CMS) and website users (for example, how to register for training courses via the website, and the accessing and use of online resources). The implementation of social media platforms alongside the website re-development, also required writing the company's social media policy and accompanying documents.

5. Copywriting back cover content for “John Batman: An Inside Story of the Birth Of Melbourne” by Joy Braybrook
Final content approved by the client ... "Take a journey with John Batman through the triumph and tragedy of his remarkable young life. Understand how his actions impacted the formation of the city that became the largest in the southern hemisphere just fifty years after settlement. Delve into areas that have remained obscured until now to reveal the inside story of the beginnings of ‘Marvellous Melbourne.’ A must read for all residents and visitors to the city who want an easy to read, concise and informative account of how Melbourne was birthed."

This project involved curating content, re-branding and upgrading OzHelp’s web presence, including a full redevelopment of the website via a CMS, it's layout and design, the company's web-based communications and branding + development and implementation of their social media policy and marketing. The website re-development was achieved working alongside a team of digital specialists and designers. 

2. FloMotion Media

This project involved the copy editing of all exisiting website content and the writing of new copy to refresh and invigorate the company website, in addition to the inclusion of new branding, graphics and photos. This was achieved via the 'back-end' of the company's website.

3. Platinum Automotive Care
